Our Commitment Against Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

At Buddy Swipe, we strictly prohibit all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation. Our Public CSAE Policy clearly outlines our zero-tolerance position and enforcement procedures.

In-App Feedback & Reporting Mechanism

We offer a dedicated Report a Concern feature within our app, visible in the profile, settings, and chat screens. Users can quickly flag inappropriate behaviour or suspected CSAE content. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our child safety standards, please use the reporting feature immediately. Our team takes every report seriously and investigates promptly.

Handling of CSAM

Any detected or reported Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is removed immediately. We comply with legal obligations to report confirmed CSAM to relevant authorities, such as:

  • The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the U.S.
  • Equivalent regional bodies in other jurisdictions
  • Local law enforcement agencies

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for CSAM and work closely with law enforcement to ensure perpetrators are held accountable.

Legal Compliance

Buddy Swipe adheres to all applicable child protection laws, including:

  • The U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
  • The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Indian laws including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012
  • All other relevant local and international child protection regulations

We maintain documented procedures and staff training to remain compliant across jurisdictions. Our team is regularly trained on identifying and handling child safety concerns.

Age Restrictions

Important: Buddy Swipe is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 years of age. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers.
