Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: Cancellation for auto debit of subscription can be done by mailing us at support@buddyswipe.in

Refund Policy

No Refund is allowed once the service is taken by purchasing subscription.

Once you have purchased a subscription plan (monthly or annual), refunds are not available. This policy applies to all subscription purchases made through our platform, including:

  • Monthly subscription plans
  • Annual subscription plans
  • Subscriptions purchased through iOS App Store
  • Subscriptions purchased through UPI Autopay

Cancellation Policy

For iOS Users:

  • You can cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Manage and cancel subscriptions through your account settings on the App Store
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for the remaining period

For UPI Autopay Users:

  • You can unsubscribe your active subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Your subscription will automatically cancel after the paid-for subscription period ends
  • You will continue to receive premium benefits until the end of the plan for which you have been charged
  • To cancel auto-debit, please email us at support@buddyswipe.in

Alternate Account Deletion

Users can request the deletion of their account and associated data by sending a request via email to support@buddyswipe.in.
