Refund & Cancellation Policy
Important: Cancellation for auto debit of subscription can be done by mailing us at support@buddyswipe.in
Refund Policy
No Refund is allowed once the service is taken by purchasing subscription.
Once you have purchased a subscription plan (monthly or annual), refunds are not available. This policy applies to all subscription purchases made through our platform, including:
- Monthly subscription plans
- Annual subscription plans
- Subscriptions purchased through iOS App Store
- Subscriptions purchased through UPI Autopay
Cancellation Policy
For iOS Users:
- You can cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Manage and cancel subscriptions through your account settings on the App Store
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds will be provided for the remaining period
For UPI Autopay Users:
- You can unsubscribe your active subscription at any time from your account settings
- Your subscription will automatically cancel after the paid-for subscription period ends
- You will continue to receive premium benefits until the end of the plan for which you have been charged
- To cancel auto-debit, please email us at support@buddyswipe.in
Alternate Account Deletion
Users can request the deletion of their account and associated data by sending a request via email to support@buddyswipe.in.
